Assuming this app is safe (I crossed my fingers), it does create a restore point before it starts installing, so if it screws anything up, you should be able to roll back. I just ran 1.0.1.98 Beta 64-bit on Windows 10 Professional 10240 (presumably RTM). there's a freeware app called Bluetooth Driver Installer. It goes to sleep after a couple of minutes, and you can wake it up, and it flashes again, but nothing happens.Īfter five or ten minutes and it still showing 'Connecting' to the left of a moving circle icon, I just cancel out of the Password interface.
The Bluetooth keyboard acts like it's connecting (two flash routine continues) but then nothing happens. I was expecting a six digit number to enter on to my Bluetooth keyboard like I get with the Mac side.Īnyway, I tried entering a six digit password on the MBP Windows Bluetooth interface, then hitting Next, then entering the same password on the Bluetooth keyboard. You may need to enter the same password on your keyboard. However, the pairing option that comes up is wrong. I'm now getting the pairing option regularly for my Apple Wireless keyboard, and you can see the keyboard connecting (two quick flashes regularly repeated on the green LED). I also found my MBP keyboard had the identical name to a third keyboard we have for a MB Air that we have. My iMac keeps trying to pair with my MBP Keyboard (it has it's own).
